Derrick L. Pryor

HEAD OF FEASIBILITY

Mr. Pryor is the Head of Feasibility for Cobblestone he brings with him eighteen (18) years of entrepreneurial, real estate development, project entitlement, public and private financing and underwriting experience.

Mr. Pryor has owned, developed and operated commercial and retail businesses for over 20yrs. He has owned and consulted on the development of residential and commercial real estate development projects, and has managed a successful neighborhood revitalization program for the City of Columbus, Ohio.

Most recently, Mr. Pryor served as a Community Reinvestment Act Representative and Mortgage Loan Officer for First Financial Bank where his public finance background and residential mortgage experience lead to growing the bank’s presence in the Central OH community significantly.

Mr. Pryor also has a background in youth club sports having served as a coach, club organizer, fundraiser, and co-tournament organizer over the past decade. He is also a national expert in the platform of sporting operations and the development of sporting facilities.

Mr. Pryor is an active member of New Horizons Christian Fellowship, a 1993 Graduate of Denison University in English & Economics, serves on the Board of Resident Resources Network, is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and a proud Husband and father 3 children.
